I'm using Google as an external mail server for my website. While it has been working smoothly for years, we are now running into trouble because the CNAME record apparently isn't perfect, so our domain gets flagged by antispam lists, so Google refuses smtp connections coming from it I need someone to check carefully what is going on, update the CNAME record and eventually ask the right questions to both my host (Bluehost) and Google [login to view URL] [login to view URL]

Hi, I would like to clarify some questions: is SPF or DKIM set up in G Suite Admin-Panel and have the records been updated lately? If an exchange/sendmail/dovecot is used to send emails, does it contain the DKIM-Key for G Suite? Is the sending-server whitelisted? Best, Christian
