I need you to create an easy cli program that can be run by double clicking the script and will pop a command lin interface to ask for variable $bin and will display the response and ask user "check another?" where the default is yes(which clears history and restarts script) and no will close window . I would like this project for windows with no dependincies other then what comes standard with windows
