Software or Web based page suitable for IPAD. – Start up Commercial Cleaning Business I am seeking a developer to create software for a startup business which can be used out in the field on the spot. I need it to be able to generate forms such as Quotation form – Whilst on site to quote a job I can load the form and do the quote on the spot whilst there and then be able to send to email or even send a link via sms etc. for the client to pen and read the quote with the ability to, accept quote, ask questions (contact us, automatically send query via sms or phone directly. Once quote is accepted, a checklist on the job form should be generated, inserting address, time and date to be completed approx. time to complete as well, these details should automatically go into a calendar (diary) This checklist should have a name and signatory on completion, finger sign on the iPad. I would like to be able to generate upcoming schedules as a ‘report’ as well as historical data via entering ‘fields to conduct a search. Once job is completed I would like to be able to then generate an invoice from the quotation for payment. I would like to also be able to add receipts for expenses by taking a photo or adding from a file Equipment list should be available including quantity on hand and used for stocktaking purposes as well as cost of each item. I want to be able to add client contact details as well as other businesses The ability to generate reports from historical data, egg, monthly expenses, daily reports, revenue , even the average hourly rate less expenses for the day or week or month. I would like the ability to enter in expenses as they come in This program could double as a website which can be designed in stage 2? E.g., an employer / employee portal on the website. Client portal were they can request a quote, access invoices, approve quotes, contact directly via email or phone, send enquiries etc. Stage 3 would be to create the employee portal with only certain information accessible. I also invite from the developer any ideas, thoughts and extras that would make this program state of the art and informative . I will have the business name and logo finalized next week I can also forward sample quotation, checklist, equipment and invoice templates I have created. I am looking for a program that will be an office out in the field.
