Write a Lexical Analyzer/tokenizer for my compiler code

I have got a Java project which is set up, its a compiler written for Pascal language and has been adapted to be able to compile '.c' files also. Now i want somebody to write a piece of code and adapt the pascal lexical analyzer to a C lexical analyzer. It should tokenize the program file supplied to it.
