Write OTP generator in C# ----- Urgent -- 2

Urgent need coder *today ! Small Demo/guarantee Required to award. Also I need to test ur demo on my *old Win 7 pc for my client. We want C# code/ App to 1-generate WiFi OTP(one time password) that expires after 2 hours. 2-monitor the system default printer and print the OTP after each print job and then generate a new OTP to print after the next print job etc..... 3-when someone try to access my WiFi redirected to a page to enter the printed OTP. 4-each OTP can be used to authenticate one device only. 5-after two hours the WiFi disconnects or give the user a message that his OTP expired. 6-the app and/or website will run on Windows 7/10 if possible. 7-We suggest using ***RADIUS. **Pls Budget is around $75 - Bonus and more work may be possible. ** Few more details in attachment
