I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I would like a real basic crm made with Excel or access. Access may be the better option due to the query abilities, but I have no real experience with access. We get anywhere between 20-80 calls a day, and other crms are too "intense" and time consuming for what we do. Looking for something that will be quick and efficient for entering in customer info and having the ability to leave calls open or closed depending if a follow up is needed. I have no clue if this is possible, but having a job card created with the customer info when selected would be amazing.

MS Access would be heavy with both data and form. The file can get corrupt with frequent work.
