I have been on paper writing out all my lottery numbers for over 2 years now and have discovered that I have all the winning numbers wen I write them out sometimes it looks like 16-22-19-32-40-41 / 4-06-11-28-40-42 the winning numbers are 8-14-28-29-4041 you se I have all the numbers needed to win such as the case as tonight's game in Colorado on 11/14/15 I won 4 out of 6 and 2 3 out of 6 but I need a learning software that can align the numbers that I would first write out then input into the software that would be able to get all the combinations out of the how ever many numbers that I would write out then use the software to see the various combinations and tell me how much I need to spend in order to win. also I sometime have all the winning number that but don't line up.

Hello, I'm a civil engineer with a love of math, and have already done quite some calculations about the probabilities when playing the lottery. I'm also an expert in VB.NET, with almost 10 years of experience. It is not quite sure I completely understand exactly what you want the program to do.
