adwords development

I'm currently running some adwords test campaigns on the display network. And I need to create a table that tells me how individual ads (not ad-groups) performs (as measured by metrics like impressions, clicks, cost) across different placement domains (or placement urls). In other-words I need a table that shows me the metrics of how every single ad performs across every single placement domain/url. I've attached an image of what this table might look like (please see attachment). The problem is I can't get the desired data from Adwords Reports. I can get performance data on specific ads, and I can get performance data on specific placement urls/domains, but I don't know how to cross-match the data and see how the same ad performs across separate placement urls and vice versa. All of this is so that I can better understand the placement of my Adwords advertisements on a very granular level (both Automatic, and Managed placements). I will actually be exporting this data into a mySQL database. So if someone designs a solution that skips the Google API all together and just puts in this equivalent data into a mySQL database, then that would be fine. :) Any solution can use GA, GTM, and Adwords (I have minor experience with the Adwords API and the Google Analytics API). Feel free to get on a call with me to discuss the problem in more detail. In order to get the job all you need to do is explain to me a working solution. Or else show me a screenshot of the results of your solution. I already have some junior developers on my team who can CREATE the solution. What I need is help from someone who can DESIGN that solution.
