Fixing two things in an already developed small Java program

I have a Java program where I need to display three traffic lights. The user can give input for how many seconds each traffic light will be on before the next light will start. Fir example, if the user gives 3 for green, 4 for yellow and 5 for red,When the program starts first the green light will be on and it will be on for 3 seconds, after the green light stops , the yellow light will be on and it will be on for 4 seconds and after the yellow light stops , the red light will be on and it will be on for 5seconds and after the red light stops, the green light will be on again for 3 seconds and so will the yellow light and red light following the same sequence . The cycle will go on in this way until the user presses stop. Everything is ready in my program except the fact that when I press the start button, all three lights turn on at the same time and it runs only once , there's no continuous cycle. What you need to fix is , instead of making lights turn on at the same time, they should run in a cycle in the way I mentioned here at the beginning and the cycle will stop only when the user presses stop button. Please only give a knock if you know Java really well, no time wasters please as I need it fixed by 12 hours max.
