I am the technical co-founder/developer of a small, self-funded startup where I am using Go and PostgreSQL RDS on a regular basis for about 2.5 years now. While our web app does not have an API I have implemented a few for clients. In Go I usually do not use an ORM and implement a data access package instead but I know the common ORM packages as well. Although I would need a bit more information about the type of the resource for a better estimate I do not think it'll take longer than a week - aye, famous last words :) How is the API planned to be consumed? E.g., will this be a pure API or should the app serve HTML pages to interact with it.
