Exchange Server & Reflexion

We have a small problem with our emails. I can’t get emails that are sent to the wrong addresses to be bounced nor be forwarded onto an address that is outside our mail server. I can however get incorrectly addressed emails to be forwarded to an address inside our mail server. We have a Dell Power Edge R720 running VMWare ESXi 5.5. We are running Windows Small Business Server 2008 within 3 virtual machines. On the Small Business Server we are running Microsoft Exchange Server and for spam protection we are using the online service Reflexion. If you feel you can fix this problem I will want to monitor what actions you take and learn from them. I will provide access to our server via Teamviewer or a program of your choice. I will want you to talk me through the actions you are (Removed by Freelancer.com Admin). I will also record the session.
