Local phone numbers in US

I am looking for local phone numbers in the United States. Except I am not looking the phone numbers for spoofing. With spoofing the customer sees the local phone number, in my case I need to make a phone number locally and have a telephone company recognize that it is a local number. I need this for 50 to 300 area codes. I need to make the same phone call on all of the phone numbers to see who answers the phone locally. That is my goal.
