Compliance Calls -- US Callers Only

In this gig you will call 25 sales agents and telemarketers for approximately 60 seconds per call, posing as interested customer and provide us feedback on how the call was handled. Did the agent pick up fast? Speak politely, clearly..was he or she informed about the product?.. etc. This is the information we need back together with time of call. Unfortunately you must be physically located in the US with a land or US cell phone number as the system for most of these numbers rejects VOIP calls. Further, in isolated cases you may need to provide a US mailing address as a qualifier for a phone call. Even though these are test calls, the agents are not to know this and therefore qualifying as a valid caller is essential.
