Create a 2D Animation, Parallax background and ground

Design a 2D Parallax background ( not normal background - Parallax) ground for an endless 2D runner. Also design the endless runner itsell with beautiful red and blue colors with 11 PNG files ( not GIF) 4 for running 4 for jump and 2 for slide. The endless runner guy has to be approved by me before you proceed to do the 11 PNG files however there is no models therefore you have some freedom for use your creativity. This is a night scene. I will not release the milestone until I am satisfy of everything
