I need someone to animate a loading icon. The raw design (PSD) will be provided, all you need to do is to make GIF animation from the provided design. There will be 2 moving parts - Outer circle (2D circular motion) - Inner Dice (3D rolling motion) It is preferrable for GIF file to be minimum in size, since it is a loading screen, and I don't want the visitor to see blank screen because the loading animation fails to load.

I am in Australia and would prefer the money paid into a paypal account if I was to win this bid. It looks to be around AUD19k I can do exactly what you want. I have been building .gif files for many years. No job is impossible. I would just need to know which direction you'd like the outer circle to rotate and how you'd like the dice to spin.
