Hi I've read your brief with great interest. I'm a good illustrator and cartoon artist and 2D,3D expert who can work at fair price. Probably one of the best in the Freelancer.com. I'm also manager of good animation and programming team. I can surely deliver good result at the time you want. Please check my portfolio for my previous work. Those are only little scrap of my work.
