Create 3D Floorpans. Based on existing 3Dmax files. 6 day project. Create from 10 to 50. Based on your capacity. -- 2

Please read carefully before you submit a proposal. Read through it, and make sure you include in your proposal the elements I need to know, that I will write at the end of this brief. PS! You will have to download the word document attached to access all the files I am referring to. Choose if you want to do 10 to 50 plans!! I have created 13 different 3D floorplans. I need several freelancers to use the EXACT same design, and follow clear instructions and adapt the layout to other floorplans. You will use the exact same finishes, same flowers, same carpet, same angle, same furnitures, same illumination, same postproduction routine. It is extremely important that it is hundred percent accurate. You will be given the 3Dmax files, and files with all finishes and all the cameras positions that we have used for the plans we have created. They files are extremely heavy - so you need very very good hardware. Each file for, each floorplan is 1.5GB! You will also be given a PSD file to make sure you use the exact same postproduction settings. (you will find all the files at the end of this description) To obtain our quality you will need to: to obtein our quality of our files: 1. Use one of our cameras 2. Use our ilumination (HDRI in Dome light + Enviroment lighting) 3. Use our render setup parameters 4. Use the render elements (Reflection, refraction, extratex) 5. Use our psd file The project is based on 8 different cores (8 different buildings) named from A to H. We have created multiple floorplans, and minimum one for each core. You are to use the same layout on each core. With some instructions on using furnitures from other apartments. It is all described in the floorplan. We have marked by hand what furnitures that goes where. And refereed to the plans we have already created. You can choose to do from 1 Core (that is approx 10 plans) to 5 cores. Depending on how many you can do within 6 days. The absolute deadline is less then 6 days. Monday August 25 at 23.59 (1159pm) EST ( New York time) Whatever project size you decide to take on, you will have to complete it by that time. If not the entire project has no value for me. To be chosen you will need to prove that you can do the job. (A lot of freelancers say they can do it - most do, but almost no one can) This is a job that requires good hardware and a lot of accuracy. You will have to create one test plan. Choose any of the floorplans out of the ones that have to be produced. (Except any of the 13 we have already produced of course) Project and payment details: 1. You create a demo. 2. We approve demo. 3. You start the project. 4. We create first milestone that will be 30% of your project. It shows that we are serious, but also we don't bind up 100%. (sometimes at freelancer you pay 100% milestone, freelancer do not complete, and then you have weeks of disputing the claim, We don't do that anymore) 5. You send all files in medium - but still good quality. We release the 30% 6. We put in the remaining 70% of cost. 7. You send high quality files - we release the 70% In your proposal include the following: 1. How many you project you can produce (even tho you will prob not know exact until you done one demo - you will surprised how heavy the files are) 2. What your price are pr floorplan. PS!! We will choose the freelancer that can do the job, and to the best price. However, we will not pay more then 50 dollar for each plan. Our average pay pr plan is 23 dollars. (we create thousands of plans each year) Especially since you will be provided with all the material, finishes, furnitures, settings etc. You will find all the link to the files in the attached work document.
