Create a logo animation (Techy, innovative, professional)

Hi All, My company is a technology specialist and content provider. We look to provide innovative solutions for our clients from 3D holograms, interactive surfaces, touch screens, projections, gesture based devices, virtual reality, applications development, game development, modelling and animation. A lot of my work and clients are in the events and exhibitions space. See attached my logo. Just to explain what my logo means: The afri refers to africa. The ten refers to part of our teams name. The logo shows two people coming together to form a African continent with their bodies - which could mean connecting people in Africa. Showing connectivity, innovation, and people coming together, teams, team work, etc. The idea was then for the 2 people hit hands (5 and 5 fingers / 2 hands- they hit hands together) to make 10/ten. Which is part of my name. Currently I haven't done anything fancy with the text. My idea was originally to keep the colours and name part clean, professional and not busy. I later added 360 to show we are a full 360 degree company. I want a 3D logo animation done that will be used on my youtube videos and promo material, etc. I want the animation to show briefly what my name means. Maybe the 2 people being real coming together hitting hands to make 10. Also the technology part where we are a leading innovative technology company in Africa. If you have any ideas to improve on the logo. You welcome to add, BUT it is important to keep this animation still professional as my clients are top, leading brands/companies that I deal with. I will leave it up to you as you are the specialist in this field. If you have any ideas of what animation will look good and what will work, please put the idea in the bid. It will also show me that you have taken the time to read the brief and think about the work that needs to be done. Please advise your way forward and timelines for this. I would like to get started asap. Although I dont have a huge marketing budget for this at the moment. The budget will vary around $100 based on your experience and what you can do but if you do a good job, I also promise to give you lots of 2D/3D modelling, motion graphic and animation work in future with higher budget work from my clients.
