I'm a beginner architect, with a year experience in interior design field as well, therefore I have decent knowledge of CAD and 3D software. I have about 3-4 years experience of working in SketchUp. If you choose me I can easily model your building in SketchUp, but I'd prefer to render it in different software, because SketchUp itself has no lighting settings.
