Convert a Solidworks model to Sheet Metal

We have a 3d model of one part and we want it to be converted to sheet metal in which only 2 faces are giving some error "can not be a bend edge as there is a face" as we are new to sheet metal so we need some expert to help us in this issue and he can charge some nominal amount for it and if any good resource we can find we can give him freelance work in future.
