Hi. I understand that you need inexpensive draftsman. But $8/hr won't work when you're asking for proficient worker. My bid says 111 per hour, but here is my real proposal. How about you give me $250 inclusive of freelancer.com fees for a complete architectural plan and model. Of course making each will take more than an hour. That proposal is way below the lowest rate here in my country. But as I'm new here at the site and I need to get experience, I'm giving you this offer. I am a very experienced CAD Drafter and Revit Modeler specialist in the field of Residential US Architecture as well as Commercial complexes. I have been working in this field for the last 18 years.
