As you requested I've made this bid based on 3 minutes of 1080p animation of the type of animation you require for which my standard rate is $1,000 per final minute of animation. So my bid here has exceeded your posted budget but I can revise it to suit this project if necessary. Note however that my actual rate won't change. I don't speak German and that may be an issue for you, I don't know, but if I am given content that is in German and instructed in English I will still be able to do the work.
