Please accept my proposal for the lowpoly furniture 3d modeling work. I model with 3ds max and I have experience in what you need since I have done many models for apps, and game engines like Unity3d. In this case my plan would be to model the model in two parts, one low and one high, to generate textures with substance painter so that the lowpoly object looks like a high poly.
