3D modeling for construction cost savings and improved aesthetics for overall building renovation

1) Take existing 3D sketchup model and rendering of North side of building (old building being modified) and explore a few minor modifications to improve the final appearance, including construction considerations for windows, entrance door, structural columns, flashing, lighting, canopies and raised panels on North facade for aesthetic appeal and window rain performance improvements. Provide sample models / renderings to owner. 2) Also explore more options to include East and West sides of the building. Note that east side may be covered in future - see below: Provide sample models / renderings to owner. 3) Develop several renderings for a conceptual future raised adjacent tower structure (4000 SF per floor) on East Side above current lower floor parking lot. Consider pictures of adjacent buildings, including Art Gallery at South East of building. Provide sample models / renderings to owner.
