Customize Vanity Theme

Need adjustment to tumblr theme for this site: [login to view URL] (password is 100472) Adjustments needed: Need all photos/images open up in full high-res view like this [login to view URL] Need photo set posts, to open up in a viewer like this (including a way to toggle through the photos): [login to view URL] Photos open up to unique/permalink page (this way I can refer directly to it) Is there any way to add a title to the top of photos? Can this be customized? Please let me know time and/or cost associated with this. Need to have portfolio working by this weekend. Please let me know if you can help.
