Create tables in bootstrap and widgets for website - 05/10/2016 18:23 EDT

Please read before bidding. This is coded in bootstrap 3.x and is responsive. Everything that you code must follow this. Please use the right arrow to look at the three screens. - Font awesome icons are being used on all pages - Bootstrap progress bar is being used on all pages 1st screen: [login to view URL] Main table: - Everything inside the content must be completed. - Table, right side bar and everything inside these containers - The dropdown for "My Claim" will say "Company 1" and "Company 2" clicking it won't go anywhere now - Remember font awesome icons are being used Right side: - Bootstrap progress bar is being used - The dropdown menu will have the option of "1st page" and "2nd page" once user selects 2nd page, then this widget will appear: [login to view URL] - Remember to code the hover effect, just put fake numbers for all the others 2nd screen: [login to view URL] - The ride side is self explanatory 3rd screen: [login to view URL] - The only difference with this is the menu on the table, and ride side section which is using progress bar again Let me know if you have any questions.
