Delete Webbrowser cookies with hidden window or any other method

I have a code which delete webbrowser cookies. This code is ok but it is popup window and whatever I try it is still not hidden. Here code to use (which must be hidden): Dim startInfo As New ProcessStartInfo() [login to view URL] = "[login to view URL]" [login to view URL] = "[login to view URL],ClearMyTracksByProcess 4351" [login to view URL] = [login to view URL] [login to view URL] = False [login to view URL] = true 'then I put this to execute the code [login to view URL](startInfo) EVEN through there is set to False or True or window...hidden IT is always popup and not in hidden process.
