This project caught my eye because of the sentimental value of the video and not just another corporate video. I enjoy creating a story and I think wedding videos are the perfect opportunity to tell a story. I enjoy sitting down and searching through footage to find the right moment at the right time, I have a lot of patience to be able to do this! I would be interested to know if the highlight video will include footage of before the wedding e.g. the reception, cutting the cake, speeches and the first dance etc. If these are to be included in an 8-10 minute highlight reel then the footage of the actual service would have to be significantly cut down to fit this in but this can be discussed. For the actual service, which will be the main bulk of the film I would like to start with walking down the aisle, the first kiss as husband and wife and reactions from the congregation. I would like to feature the wedding ceremony as well and will work with you as to which parts of the ceremony you would like to keep and which parts you think can be taken out to be in keeping with the 8-10 minute brief. I have 5+ years experience in Final Cut Pro and although I have not edited wedding videos before but I love to be creative and take my initiative when editing projects and love to take on new challenges.
