IT Support Customer Service (Phone, Chat, Email)

I am looking for 2 people to work weekly 20-50 hours if they wish and throughout 2015 or longer if job quality is excellent. Pay will be done on a flat rate weekly minimum basis as negotiated - the responsibilities details will be adjusted per our final agreement together in writing. There will also be bonuses available pre-set. The pay range is under $2 - don\'t bid more. I am fully aware that in non western countries that is more than what most make daily. If we have to pay US rates, we would rather have someone in our office. The benefit to virtual help is deep discounts.\r\n\r\nNow, to the scope of work. We are an IT company that provides residential and commercial services. In this role you will be responsible for answering inbound calls to facilitate information about an appointment, set an appointment or possibly just take a message. You will also need to monitor the main email box and communicate with other teams members via live chat on how to handle each one. Chat support will be about the same situation as phone taking - it will all be the front person and facilitating to the right person, or relaying a message. \r\n\r\nYou will be properly trained, you will be given bonuses for certain goals and achievements,and you will be treated with respect.
