About you: You have a burning desire to succeed, are extremely client oriented, highly motivated and never say die. You develop deep and meaningful rapport with your clients, and communicate with piercing persuasiveness. You believe you can be the best at almost everything you do, and can prove it. You don't need hand holding and know that you can handle anything thrown at you. You're done with corporate America and just want to work without all of the nonsense. You must have a very flexible schedule and be accessible most or all of the day. We’re not looking for someone that clocks out at 5pm because they hate their job. We’re looking for someone that loves their job and wants to work regardless of what time. (I promise you will love the job if you’re the person we’re looking for.) I’m a real estate investor and I’m looking for someone I can hand a wide variety of tasks off to and know that they will be done. Examples of common tasks would be booking travel, dealing with clients, identifying properties to buy, managing contractors, dealing with real estate closings and title companies, talking with sellers, negotiating with buyers, running errands (post office, etc.), updating our WordPress website, etc. You don’t need real estate experience but it might be helpful.
