Auto Insurance website layout design

I currently have an auto insurance website which I would like to redesign my layout. I want to add more detail and functionality into the layout. I would like to gear my layout to look similar to the following website: [login to view URL] . However my page will be only regarding auto insurance. So I am looking for someone who can create the html templates to do so. ## Deliverables Some of the major features I would like to add to the site is: - A navigation bar - A site map - the home page shold be in a 3 column layout format (similar to that of [login to view URL]) - the sub pages should be in a 2 column format - On all the page and sup page templates it should include a call to action with state drop down and get quotes button (as you will see [login to view URL] has examples of this) -possibly an image change for the banner in order to flow better with the sites new layout Once I have selected a coder, we can go into exact details of the above features.
