Creative Coder to Make Minor Changes to Existing Website

Looking for a creatively-driven coder to make relatively minor design changes to an existing website. Must be creative and able to devote time to this project which has a quick turnaround. You will act as a faciliator rather than a creator of design but must comfortable with the technical side. A total of two pages will be needed - one, revisions to the Home Page; two, creation of a newsletter page which uses a single image.
