Creative Flash Design

We have an online site: [login to view URL] The domain basically means "suggestion box". The purpose of the site is to get feedbacks from customers. If you could please have a look at the homepage of the site, you will see a flash animation. We want to replace that flash animation with something bigger and better. Rather than describing how we want the new flash to be, we want to hear from talented designers what they offer. In this respect, we want the designers to display us what they can do and for how much they can do this. We will naturally explain what the content of the flash is to be. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
