Custom Graphic/Image for WebSite

We seek a custom graphic for our web site, flow charting how our system work. The attached .zip file contains a word document with image we grabbed from the web as an example only. ***Be advised that image appearing in the word document is a sample, only*** Below the sample image you will find text and graphics explaining how our service works. The objective of this project is to create a custom graphic/image flow chat using custom icons, graphics - creating a flow chart similar to the "sample image". The graphic/image you produce will appear on our index page of our website and I can provide dimensions of needed. It would be ideal to design the image so we can size as needed to fit on our website. PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK QUESTIONS. I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have before bidding. We are looking for an experience designer that will NOT UTILIZE the images (photos) we provided.
