I am a native English speaker from thr US. I grew up in California, but lived in many stares as a young adult. For this reason i do not have a regional accent. I have a theatre degree. I have used Screencastify this year to submit vocal recordings that were easily edited into larger projects. In the past i have also done voice overs for student films. The terms that you outlined "$75 recording for films less than 1min or $100 for less than 3min, but we can do volume." are acceptable to me.
