Google ranking for 3 small websites - accommodation

My sister and I each have a cottage with 3 websites in Ireland. The websites are booking sites for the individual cottages. One of my sites used to have fairly good ranking - but has recently jumped off the radar a bit. The other two are not to be seen. I subscribed to two different linking sites, two months ago and neither have made any difference. I notice one site [login to view URL] (nothing to do with me) is always on top of the page when you google 'Ireland vacation cottage'. Your goal is to get all three websites on to page one for the following entries. 'Ireland vacation cottage' 'Ireland vacation accommodation' 'Ireland vacation rentals' Can you do it? While I appreciate that this can take a while to bubble up. You must stay with the project and will not be paid until the ranking has moved to the first page.
