VB.Net Custom Scraper

I need a custom multi-threaded Visual [login to view URL] Domain Scraper similar this one [login to view URL] coded in vb.net. Please become familiar with the software mentioned above before bidding on this project. User supplies a seed list of urls that the software uses to crawl the domain and the inner pages html looking for domains and then checks to see if they are available to register. I want two modes for this tool. 1. Auto crawler - Where the user supplies a seed list and the tool scrapes and follows every page on a website looking for domains available to register. 2. Upload A List - Where the tool will just check a list of domains without crawling. The software will check [login to view URL] free API for the Domain Authority (DA) of the domain also [login to view URL] Pro Account for the Trust Flow (TF) and Referring Domains. So the tool will need a way for the user to set their credentials for each service and save that data. The tool should crawl, check domain availability then run metrics only on domains available to register so no resources are wasted. The user will need a way to specify the minimum metrics the domains must match before saving them to a final list. For example if the user wants domains that have a DA of 20 and a TF of 20 and Referring Domains of at least 50 then the software will use those metrics when evaluating domains that the user is interested in. Then when the tool is done running the user will only be left with domains that match their criteria. The tool should have a status of the amount of domains its found that match the users criteria on the UI. It should check the metrics at the same time as crawling. Maybe displaying the urls found in a datagrid on the UI where the user can see what's being found in real time and a way to save the list as the tool is running and allow it to continue running even if the user saves the list mid stream. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. 3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the seller's Seller Legal Agreement.
