A start up cyber security firm is looking for software developers and penetration testers for project based work throughout the US and Europe. The projects will differ depending on client needs. Currently this is NOT an advert for a permanent position; the company means to build a small database of trusted penetration testers for regular project work. Our ideal candidate: An innovative and experienced penetration tester/software developer. As confident in their work as they are at communicating with members of the team and clients. The individual would preferably be OSCP certified, (or equivalent) but we are interested more in skill, than certifications. A military or government background would be useful, as the company is run predominantly by vets. We are definitely interested in pentesters and software developers who have innovative ideas they wish to develop. Candidates must be prepared to undergo a video interview, sign a NDA and answer a questionnaire about themselves. Pay will vary depending on the project. PLEASE NOTE: the information posted about end date and budget are not accurate. We do not require candidates to submit a cover letter or answer any preliminary questions. All applicants will be considered as we anticipate a varied workload.

Maybe you should post this project on a hourly rate basis or as a full-time project? Currently it does not make much sense to place a bid here as this is not a real project but kind of advertisement. So what's the point posting on a portal like this? You would be just another middleman for a freelancers.
