Do-It-All Web Designers - Many Sites - Low Rates = Long Term

Hi there, I'm looking for many Affordable and Do-It-All Web Designers to create many simple SEO Websites.. Please bid only if you are able to start working NOW and only if you are available Full-Time .. We also like Communicative people.. You need to use Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop. (If you can deal with Flash, Illustrator for Vectorials that is a BIG PLUS for you!) What need to be done for each site: 1. Find pictures on google image about a list of subject/keywords in order to assemble / create in Photoshop a top header of at least 840px .. You will include the logo of a game or topic/service in the center and then each side will be some themed images related to it... I will show you examples of course... For this task you need to be able to use Photoshop and to delete photos' background and design something nice with it... You need to know how to use the Save for the Web Function so images are well optimized for quality vs size... 2. Then down left of the header you need to Embed a video to the site (If you have the skills to crop and convert videos.. cropped segments of videos and convert them to flash then it's a big big plus... but otherwise we can have someone else create the videos in flash... 3. At the right of the video you add a table of the top sponsors.. that we will provide you... 4. Then Bellow the video and table you Add our texts that we already have in hand. And do some on-site SEO like .. Title , H1 , H2 .. all based on example don't worry... 5. Then it's time for the content subpages... the subpages will be exactly the same as the root index BUT it's gonna be translations of it … the number of translations/subpages will vary from one site to another... but in all case, we of course have all the translation ready.. you just copy/paste .. and then you will inter-link all these translations pages with the mainpage and each others using some small flag icons that I provide... ! 6. Of course if you have SEO skills and know how to acquire quality one-way backlinks then it's a BIG PLUS to you! If you can customize Wordpress to whatever we need then thats a big plug for you too.. If you know PHP / CGI / FLASH those are great PLUS factor as well .. Please mention it to us! Ok now if you have any sample of websites you did, then lets show them to us...
