Freelance Web and Graphics Designer on full-time/part time basis

We are looking to hire an experienced Web and Graphics Designer who can work as a freelancer on full time or part time basis on our projects. The work should be going on for regular basis and the hired freelancer would need to work on daily basis over the requirements given. The freelancer designer should be highly experienced and creative with: website design theme design logo design graphic design newsletter design promotional email flyer design promotional banner design stationary design brochure design contextual image design (based on the content) and more .... We have a budget of INR 10K-15k to hire a freelancer on part-time basis for a good and experienced freelancer. Only freelancers should apply. Companies do not bid. Experts already employed and working somewhere in the day time (IST) do not bid. Only freelancers from India should apply. Freelancer with HTML/CSS experience would be preferred.
