Need Logo, Header and Layout of website

Hi, Website in question: http://www.knowvigrxplusbetter.com. This is a buddypress default template. The logo and the header are just placeholders now. As the traffic is started coming, so there is a need of better design. NOTE: The color combination need to match www.vigrxplus.com. Requirements are as below: (1) Logo. It will be better if logo can hold the domain name text. It should be nice and able to create its own impression. (2) Header. Size: 1250 x 133. This will be used as background image. The logo, search bar, and menu will be above it. If layout (which is 3rd requirement) demands login form on header, then keep that also in your mind. (3) Home page Layout. Home page don't have any sidebar. The content (the matter or stuff) need to be there. i.e. (a) Mission, (b)product definition, (c) how to accomplish our mission, (d) the content of 3 boxes, and (e) images of pills and website snap need to be there on home page. Now you need to place these stuffs once again according to your new design. You may include testimonials, twitter, facebook links, and other things which you find suitable. PLEASE read mission and how we achieve it in order to understand the logic of this website. I think until designer don't understand the logic of website, she cannot design a successful website. Things you MUST keep in mind: (a) The layout must be good enough to tied the visitor. The bounce rate of this website is 80%, and this is really bad for SEO. This is MOST important factor in this project. (b) The body content is entered in wordpress editor, so NO fancy stuff like css, javascript etc will work. Simplicity is required. (c) The bottom video is temporary. I'll replace it with some text of smaller video (half size)
