Open Cart Project/Access Database

I need a site to be built from an Open Cart Template I purchased. We have changed the PSDs for the template, so you will need to upload the new PSDs we updated. If you decide to take on this project you must be well educated in Open Cart because we're looking to make some minor changes to the way the layout functions now. The second thing we need for this site is the ability to upload products from a Microsoft Access database.
