Urgent Website designer good with graphics design and php

Hi there, need a website designer but you must have a FAB desinger skills to be able to please me, as the template is fully functional with own admin, just need a good desinger to change designer to look more invinting, plus add a new feature for video, site is build with php. Pleasae note that this is a very straightforward job, so dont bid to high as it will not be accepted. Please pmb me some of your must recent designs website. Good luck!
