Redesign realstate website (Redesign de site imobiliario)

I have the code of a real estate website. It is done in asp mvc 3 for the frontend and the backend for wcf. One must keep the same functionality of this website with a mixture of these layouts here: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] (the first site has an unnecessary property division at home and can use the real estate search the second place in the first, but keeping a closer layout of the first). The development required is as follows: 1 - layout change as proposed 2 - Technology update for asp mvc 5, with responsive html5. Project will not for hours but for total amount to be combined in the project began. ======== Eu tenho o código de um site imobiliário. Ele está feito em asp mvc 3 para o frontend e com wcf para o backend. E preciso manter as mesmas funcionalidades deste site com uma mistura destes dois leiautes aqui: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] (o primeiro site tem uma divisão de imóveis desnecessária na home, podendo usar a busca de imóveis da segunda no lugar da primeira, mas mantendo um leiaute mais próximo do primeiro). O desenvolvimento necessário é o seguinte: 1 - alteração de leiaute conforme proposto 2 - atualização de tecnologia para asp mvc 5, com html5 responsivo. Projeto não será por horas e sim por valor total a ser combinado no inicio do projeto.
