The project as we discussed includes the following: Develop site using provide WP template to create all necessary pages outlined in proposal including setting up components and widgets as needed to build out variations of pages for the site. Inside page templates developed and customized as needed per design Home page developed and customized as needed per design We're estimating about 14 pages with template variations based on designs - includes contact form(s), IDX, marketing and mortgage widgets. Pages: 1. Home page 2. Open Houses 3. HB community 4. About Lauren and team 5. Site Map 6. Contact page and Form 7. Marketing 8. News/PR 9. Financial Services 10. Blog 11. Sold Properties 12. Disclaimers/Terms of Use 13. Newly Listed Property 14. Testimonials Listings pages with ability to easily add/manage listings A multi-page blog. Move existing blog content from current site to new site. Email subscription capabilities Setup site and DB on Hosting site selected We will provide a psd file to work from and needed text and photographs Incorporate search into the site. Add google analytics to site. Incorporate [login to view URL] on site. Ability to add metadata and alt tags on images as needed. Testing will include: Mac and PC, in the latest browsers (Firefox, IE, Safari, Chrome) as well as iOS and Android. CMS framwork with WP to manage site via WP admin console once site completed. We need this project completed in a 15 days once we get you the content, design and site requirements.
