Move the current website to Mageto

Our current website [login to view URL] uses Zencart . We want to move the whole website to Magento and develop it to have more features.. After this website is moved we want to do a new website, that is very similar, with a different name and has 100% unique content and design. This 2 websites should share the same database. We would like to receive a quote by steps, to try to divide the project into 5 to 9 different steps, in order for us to make sure that every step is done on time and to our satisfaction. Please show us how you suggest to divide this project by steps, so we will now worry. We can email the complete details of all the features we need.
