The current version is a big mess with more problems then I can count and I am not all to sure that Magneto is the right platform for my business. To simplify this I have decided to hire someone to analyze my business and develop a new store from the ground up . The store does not have to be on Magento platform. The developer can make suggestions on what platform they would like to use and would best fit the needs of my business. I need the design and programming done (if you cannot or prefer not to provide the design I am more than happy to have someone else perform that task). About my Business: I sell panoramic photography hardware and software. The hardware is normal products that require nothing special. The software is delivered electronically and is the most important aspect of the website. The software sales process works is that I purchase a batch of registration keys from the software developer. The customer can download the software which comes in a trial version and the registration key is used to register the software. When the customer makes a software purchase on my site they receive a registration key to unlock the software. The developer generates the registration keys and I only distribute them to end users. I would like to have an automated system that handles the delivery task but if its more trouble than it's worth I can continue to do it manually. Another important product is Virtual tour kits. I need a way of providing pre-designated kits that allow for some customization to the software. It is very important that a new unique solution is provided for accomplishing this task. I want someone who is CREATIVE, DETAILED, DEDICATED, HONEST, and HARDWORKING and who HAS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE and a GREAT TRACK RECORD. Major Issue to be addressed is that I currently get more than 1200 visitors per-month and the conversion rate is well below 1% which is a clear indication that something is not working properly. Reason for this could be that there are issues with processing orders from some countries, the shipping extensions don't work forcing me to manually create shipping labels, and that it does not complement my products.
