Need an magento Site

Hi, Our website URL is [login to view URL], We intend to use same name as logo as well, we don't really need a fancy looking logo. we need our home page to nice and simple, like this example as well. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] these both website are nice and simple layouts. with all necessary links and tabs. we are not sure what magento provides as a standard package. here are some requirements which we have. online 1) product attributes need to override each other if there are more than one attributes for the same product, see example below.. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] in the example above you will see that when customer changes size then storage options change as well. 2) 1 page checkout, so customer fills out all required details on 1 page after adding product to shopping cart. 3) we will offer free delivery on all products to most of the country, but there are few place which we charge extra for, but charge will be determined on product size, price and area it will be delivered to. so customer will have to insert their post code (zip code) in field provided which will work out if customer needs to pay extra or not. see this example.. (a) PayPal (b) HSBC Bank (c) Cheque postal order (d) Request call back 5) shipping methods a) free deliver (if covered under our terms) b) collection I need 3 to 4 different mockups and unlimited revisions in that till i get satisfied. I need updates at the end of every day. The whole site should be done within an maximum of 12 to 15 days. 25% milestone will be created once the design is approved and development phase started. Once the development is 50% completed another 25% is created and once fully done remaining 50% is created and fully tested and once approved the final revisions the milestone will be released fully.
