Pulling products and description from a website

There is this website ( e-commerce) i would alike to pull its entire data and launch a new website, something like affiliate website. I think its in .aspx !!?? Please answer the following questions in your PM. Q1. Do i need the consent of the website whom the order will finally land up with as I plan to change the name of the website , give it a new face but the material remains the same? Q2. I want my website should be ideally updated with the other website ? Is Paypal fine to collect the payment ? Most important question Q3. Can i pull stuff off of a website without asking them( other website) or i have to ask them for the code or something?
