Wholesale website to create purchase orders

Create and replicate from an existing retail website ([login to view URL]) a wholesale purchase order generating website which would be search engine friendly and allow all website visitors to view product images and basic product information. Wholesale prices are only shown and the ability to create a purchase order will only be available once a user is both registered and the user is logged on. Wholesale customers will be able to register online to gain wholesale access via a registration page and once their information has been submitted then an email would be sent with their details for website access approval. The request would automatically use their email address as a user name and if approved they will be provided with a unique system generated 6-8 character password. The wholesale access request email sent must contain an approval button or link that once clicked will allow the system to email them their password and direct website access link that will show the wholesale prices. Initially the system will only create product purchase orders and will not have a payment gateway however provisions for a payment gateway must be available for future use. Preference will be given to developers that have an established, proven and widely used CMS website cart/ordering solution and that can be delivered quickly. The developed solution must be efficient and return fast page load times. Successful bidders must have strong English language skills both written and verbal and be able to provide similar examples of live websites and provide access to a test site for evaluation of the CMS. CMS The content management system must incorporate an easy to navigate, feature rich and well thought out GUI with focus on the end user which contains the following features: Product Management - Ability to manage 10,000+ Sku items - Add, edit and delete products. - Inventory Management - Allocated inventory once sold out will no longer appear on the site. - Product inventory management upload function with the ability for single, category or global stock level, sku, price and description changes. - Product category selection with ability to recommend other products on main product pages. - Product item numbers, descriptions stock levels must be able to be uploaded via the CSV or MS Excel Image management - Ability to manage 20,000+ images - Ability to upload 180 x 180 pix thumbnail product subcategory images without sharpening or modifying images sizes in any way. - Ability to upload 1024 x 768 pix main product subcategory images without re-sampling and with the ability to display on the product pages at their full resolution. - Ability to incorporate product video files in product pages Navigation Structure - End user editable top/horizontal single word categories with drop down sub headings incorporating curser over illumination. (See example website) - Non-sales related information such as ?About us?, ?Company Information? and ?Policies? to reside at the bottom of the pages. - All page content and page names end user editable via CMS with WYSIWYG inbuilt editor.
